I’ll share my prep guide with wardrobe suggestions and links to inspiration boards - plus we’ll hop on a call to talk about the details. Revealing more skin than usual can feel vulnerable. I incorporate robes and draping to find just the right amount of exposure. My boudoir portraits often lean toward implied nudes that focus on the suggestion of a woman’s curves.

There’s something deeply powerful about photographing women who are in connection with themselves. That grounded presence, that quiet confidence - it radiates beauty in every form. It might show up as a messy bun and an oversized sweatshirt slipping off one shoulder, a sheer blouse and tousled hair, or a quiet moment wrapped in a robe with a warm cup of tea. Fine art boudoir becomes a reflection of the woman in front of the lens—bold and sexy, soft and sensual, or a blend of both. These sessions are about honoring authenticity, not fitting into anyone else’s mold. And if the portraits happen to be shared with a partner, it’s simply a lovely bonus.

I photograph in color, but I’m gaga for black & white images. I often convert my portrait work to B&W to highlight the expression or form. Some photos speak to me in color and others demand to be B&W. Most of the time it’s a feeling.
